McCreery, Bruce Theodore on April 17, 2014 . Survived by wife of 39 years, Elizabeth McCreery; son, William Bailey McCreery IV; granddaughter, Mary Jane Thawley McCreery; sister, Moira Davison and brother Gordon McCreery. He was preceded in death by brother William Bailey McCreery III. He was a teacher in Prince George's County schools for 20+ years. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 24 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd. Bowie, MD 20715. Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 25 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 14720 Annapolis Rd. Bowie MD 20715 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1503 Michaels Road, Richmond, VA 23229.
