David Jesse Foster of Silver Spring, Maryland died on Thursday, October 11, 2012. David is the son of Stephanie Foster and the late Thomas G. Foster, Jr. David's family and friends will gather at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. where a funeral service will be held at 12 noon. A graveside service and interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, Maryland.
