

She was born March 2, 1958, in Prince George’s County, Maryland, the daughter of the late John and Margaret McAleer.
Donna is survived by her sister and her husband, Patty and Mike Rogers; her nephew and his wife, Tommy and Nikki Deacon; and her beloved godson Andre Curtis, III.
After 38 years of committed service, Donna retired from the USDOT/Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). She was a contract specialist during most of her federal career and loved traveling across the 50 states to train others on the integrity of the purchase card program. During the later part of her federal career, she enjoyed performing audits as a financial specialist. Donna was a loyal employee and devoted her entire career to FHWA.
She had many hobbies including shopping, travel, scrapbooking, and Bingo. She enjoyed numerous trips to Walt Disney World, her favorite destination. She also was an avid ice hockey fan as well as a fan of football and NASCAR.
Donna had a quick wit and loved to laugh. Her smile and sense of humor will be greatly missed. She was a loyal friend with a huge heart.
