This past year has been especially hard for Doug’s health struggles. Even though we knew his time would be cut short because of multiple myeloma we were not prepared for him to leave so quickly. He and I were quite a pair. Together almost 24 hours a day in these later years and we loved it that way. He was most upset to leave his grand boys at their extremely young ages. He had so much he wanted to impart to them, especially his love for Jesus and how much their gramps loved them.
