Carroll and Donald Davis; Grandfather of Matthew, Timothy, Pamela, and Scott Johnston, Melissa and Emilee Miles, Sally Bartolotta, Carolyne Williams, Daniel, and Sean Skellinger, Michael, Jonathon and Thomas Carroll; great-grandfather of John and Daniel Skellenger, Taylor, Jamey, and Cambria Carroll, Kai Ponte and Vincent Magana. Herbert is also survived by his former wife Evelyn Davis. Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 1 pm until time of service at 2 pm at the Robert E.
