Well... it’s been about 7 months since your funeral and I still think about you each and every day. I will always remember my Nana as beautiful and loving woman who did everything she could to help anyone. I remember how you use to take us to feed the ducks or make your famous rudabaga soup. I have so many memories and it’s just really hard to think that you are gone and aren’t coming back but I also know you are in heaven watching all of us. I just want you to know nana I love you so much and I can’t wait to see you again. - Nigel

Auntie Jean, 

I dont feel like I had nearly enough time with you, but the times I did have always makes me smile. No one calls my name like you "Pooky" lol. It will always echo in my heart.  I will never forget how much you loved all the babies.  When my Taylor was born (2005) you sent her the softest, warmest blanket ever.   My dearest cousins Lynette, Ashley, Alexis, Allen, Kim, Nya, Nigel and Kevin my thoughts and prayers are with you all.  I love you 💙

My dearest Aunt Jean, my bright twinkle eyes! You always had a smile on your face and you definitely lite a room up with you smile.  You loved unconditionally and absolutely adored you husband Dave, children and grandchildren.  Your eyes would always sparkle when you spoke of them.  You were dynamic, direct, forceful and a honest woman who spoke the truth with no conviction, you exhumed love constantly for your family and closest friends.  Currently, my angel you are with your parents, my parents and my parents, my  best friends’ William & Phyllis you are all at peace and can travel down memory lane reminiscing, one day I will join you all in the everlasting.

It saddens me that I'm here saying goodbye to Mrs. Jean my history  proceeds over 47 years. I adopted my sister's Kim and Lynette and she adopted me.  Mrs. Jean had to put up with all our shenanigans of course we were always up to something and what they got ,I got the end of it she did not leave me out. I went from being scared of her to growing up and feeling loved by her . My fond memory will always be her rosy cheeks and her voice calling Lynette, she  would  repeat it  over and over, and I could always count on her sitting in the kitchen by the phone and asking me if I wanted something to eat.  I do know that her grandkids were her Joy  and there is nothing that she would not do for them. My Condolence  and prayers to the family  she will truly be missed.
