CAPT Joel Louise Parker, RET, age 69, of Bowie, Maryland passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024.
A family hour for Joel will be held Friday, August 31, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Reid Temple AME Church, 11400 Glenn Dale Blvd, Glenn Dale, MD 20769, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will be at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
