It has been 3 1/2 years since my son, Juston, passed and not an hour goes by that I do not think about and miss him.  Thanks to all who continue to reach out and share your memories.  These are constant reminders of Juston's bubbly personality, kindness, generosity and love for others, especially his son. I went to gradeschool with Juston, from elementary thru high school. We fell out of touch once we graduated but I always remember of him as one of the most fashionable kids at the school with a wicked sense of humor. He was also kind, and at a time when it was easier to be the mean kid, always treated me with kindness. As an equal. I will never forget that. I regret not keeping in touch with him. I’m so sorry for your loss. 

My condolences to your family! 🙏🏾  When I heard about your passing, sadness filled me.  I met you at Labor and we still communicated after you went to your new endeavor and I resigned.  You were such a great person & loved your son.  I still have my memories and text messages.  May you Rest In Peace! 🤎

Juston, man - still remember you always being around like it was yesterday. When I think of you I always laugh because your laugh was contagious. I have nothing but a smiling heart when I think of you and know that your laugh has carried over with you. 

Pam, I love you and I hope to see you soon. 

The Cash family loves and remembers - always- what a joy Juston and vital part to memories growing up. May he be at peace and his son grow up in love and remembering the love of his father .

Juston was part of the Research and Evaluation team in ODEP at the US Department of Labor.  He had so much promise and ambition.  He shared his life story through which I learned him to be a kind person.  He loved his son very much.  May Juston find peace in heaven.

Juston, I will miss you my dear friend. I can’t comprehend why you left us so early, but God has his reasons and we can’t always understand. I know you are at a better place and are looking out for your loved ones. Rest In Peace my dear friend.

I am sooo broken hearted as I loved my first cousin Juston.  I so remember the day when Pam and my uncle Snooky brought him to our house and he was the “Most” beautiful baby boy that I had ever seen, I used to hold him and change him thinking and hoping to one day have such a beautiful health baby like him.  I will always carry our long conversations that we recently had in my heart, as I know that you are amongst the angels and held in God’s hands.  You will always be remembered and never ever forgotten.  Love you always your cousin Venus.

My son Tadrae Locks and Juston were half brothers  they both attended the same High School my son will miss his brother  your family have my deepest condolence and prayers I as a mother almost lost son twice  but god spared his life.  I will keep  you in my prayers.

To the Lock family.  I am so sorry for your loss.  I met Justin when he was an intern with the Department of Treasury many years ago.  I remember thinking of him as a mild mannered and very pleasant young man.  We did not talk a lot; however, whenever we saw each other, it was always a very pleasant conversation as if we were long time friends.  Rest in peaceJustin.

Justin was a dear co-worker. We developed a very wonderful  relationship and we talked a lot about various issues. Justin left my office to go to another agency in the Department of Labor and I retired and I didn't get a chance to say good bye.  Well, I called him and left a voice message and he returned by call. He thanked me for being nice to him.  I told him that could not be any other way, because he was a good hearted person. I will miss our conversations!

I've had the pleasure of working with Juston at the Department of Labor.  As his supervisor, he was always very respectful and polite.  On many occasions, we would discuss our love for dogs.  He always tried to convince me that I needed to get a Pomeranian; there was no better dog.  I will truly miss our conversations and his infectious laugh.  We mourn with you the loss of our office family member. 
 
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.  

I worked at Department of Labor with Juston.  It was always a pleasure to work with him.  After some meetings, Juston and I would stay late and discuss movies.  He was always suggesting new movies for me to watch.  A couple of days ago, my wife and I were watching a movie and at the end of it, I said “I bet Juston would have liked that one.”  I will really miss talking with him.

I’m sorry for your loss.  He will be missed.

I just learned of Juston's untimely passing. I had the pleasure of training him years ago at the Department of Labor, and watching seek new challenges as he advanced in his career. When I moved to Bowie in 2018, Juston and I grew closer, as he went out of his way to welcome me and my family to the area. I considered Juston a friend and confidante, a good man, and an excellent father. He will be missed. My sincerest condolences to the family.  


I can only recall being so young, when Juston was born into this world. And Pam use to sing this song which she created to clean his nose. It was the most precious moment ever for a mom to make a song that soothed her child when he was under distress lol from getting his nose cleaned. All I saw was love for him during my years where I was blessed to have Pam, Snooks and Juston around me all the time. I love you all…..my heart is with you and God will provide you with all the strength you need to endure this pain. Always remember Juston will always be with you…..
