Lorraine Louise Whipple of Bowie, Maryland died on Sunday, August 2, 2015. Lorraine is the daughter of the late Dominic and Clara Lini who immigrated from Italy. Lorraine is the wife of the late Raymond C. Whipple; mother of Mark C. Whipple and his wife Diane, James R. Whipple and his wife Lauren and Janet L. West; grandmother of Kevin, Caroline, Christopher Jessica and her husband Chris, Christina, James, Justine and her husband Chris, Vincent and Colin; great-grandmother of April and Christopher. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland on Friday, August 7, 2015 from 10 am until 12 noon. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:30 pm, Friday, August 7, 2015 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Bowie, Maryland. A lunch reception will follow at the Church. Interment will be 11:30 am, Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, Maryland.
