Marion Claire Curran of Riderwood Village formerly of Bowie, Maryland died on Monday, December 10, 2012. Marion was the wife of the late Lawrence "Larry" A. Curran; mother of Patrick A. Curran (Diana), Laureen A. Harkins (Christopher), Terry E. Curran (Amy) and Kathleen M. Ferony (Jeffrey). Marion is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland 20715 on Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 7 to 9 p.m. and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Chapel of Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1;30 p.m. Interment will be 10:45 a.m., Monday, December 17, 2012 at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research hospital, P. O. Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
