On Wednesday, January 25, 2012 of Glenn Dale MD. Husband of the late Ouida C. Cooksey; father of Linda L. Kolar ( William), Brenda C. Roelfs (Larry), Janet C. Mills (Roy) and Edward J. Cooksey (Donna); brother of Joseph Donald Cooksey and the late Doris Watson, Everett and Harold Cooksey. Norris is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd Bowie, MD on Monday, January 30, 2012 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. Mass Of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Ascension Catholic Church Bowie, MD.
