Patricia Rosina Howe

Patricia R. Howe, a resident of Bowie for 46 years, passed away of natural causes on March 16th, 2016 at Harmony Hall Assisted Living in Columbia MD. She was born on September 12, 1932 in Ipswich England.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband Daniel and a younger brother and sister. She is survived by 8 younger brothers and sisters, all still living in England. Pat is also survived by her five children, Daniel Howe Jr. (Lee Ann) of Crofton; Denice Swisher (Steve) of Odenton; Debra Howe (Kathy) of Jessup; Dawn Marconi (Tony) of Bowie and David Howe (Heather) of Bayport, New York. Pat also had 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Pat was a long time bowler as well as an accomplished knitter; she crocheted and enjoyed sewing clothes for her children as they were growing up. She is known city wide for her great potato salad. She was a member of the Bowie Senior Center and a participant in the Prayer Shawl Ministry at Holy Trinity Episcopal church where she was a member.

Visitation will be held at Robert Evans funeral home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715 on Friday April 1st from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8. Services will be held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 13106 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715 on Saturday April 2nd at 11 am.
