On December 12, 2014. Beloved husband of 52 years of Shirley Stinnette; father of Patty Russell (Tony); brother of Mary White, Gail Herche, Connie Wingard, Molly Wingard, Linda Rembisz, Billy, Charles, Jack and Greg Stinnette; grandfather of Stephanie Hall (Jon), Robert Russell and Victoria Russell. He was predeceased by brother Mark Stinnette. He loved to play music and was in bluegrass and country bands. He loved woodworking, genealogy, fishing and cooking. Family will receive friends Saturday, December 20 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Rd., Bowie, MD 20715, where funeral service will be held at 12 noon.
