Willis Eugene Neal, Sr., age 87, of Harwood, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
A visitation for Willis will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 101 Owensville Road, West River, MD 20778, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM. Interment is to follow to Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton, MD.
