Randa Bills, of Buffalo, NY entered into rest on June 11, 2023 at age 61. Devoted mother of Rachael Eckard, Mark (Jennifer) Eckard, Michael (Melissa) Eckard and Thomas Eugene (Monica) Eckard Jr.; cherished grandmother of Brooke West, Julian Deveso, Morgan Deveso, Cameron Eckard, Chloe Eckard, Theodore Eckard and Connor Eckard; loving daughter of the late Aziz and Mariam Harb; dear sister of Janette (late Munir) Mashni, Anton (Angela) Harb, the late Georgette Monahan and the late Charles Harb; lifelong friend of Dawn Caldarelli; also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday (June 15, 2023) at 2pm at Elmlawn Cemetery, 3939 Delaware Ave., Tonawanda, NY 14217.
