Arthur retired from PennDOT in 1988, and worked for Sacks Excavating until 2000. He enjoyed shooting pool and hunting.
Arthur is survived by his wife, Arleen; three children, Michael Greenman, Artie (Ann) Greenman, and Karen (Darrin) Bauder; three step-daughters, Heather (Doug) Ott, Jennifer (Chris) Panetta, and Elizabeth (Jim) Beatty; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering will be February 3, 2018 at the Lower Frederick Firehouse, 137 Spring Mt. Road, Schwenksville, PA between 1:00 - 4 p.m.
