Beryl Kiefer

Born in Phoenixville, PA she was the daughter of the late Violet (Dyer) and Lewis Munshower.

Beryl was an elementary school teacher in the Philippines, Las Vegas and then in Washington Township for 20 years until her retirement. She was a member and very active in Christ Lutheran Church, Barto.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Peggy, widow of Raymond Kiefer of Spring City; nephews, R. David, Jerry, Matthew, Mark, Jeffrey and Edward Kiefer; a close great nephew Dr. M. Alexander Pitts-Kiefer; a brother-in-law, Edward, husband of Patricia Kiefer of Clarks and a close family member Dr. Robert Sorenson.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, June 26, 2015 at Christ Lutheran Church, 222 Niantic Road, Barto.

Relatives and friends may call Friday between 10:15 – 10:45 a.m. at the church.

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Church Organ Fund, 222 Niantic Road, Barto, PA 19504.

Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.
