Mrs. Wickizer was a daughter of the late Florence Ogden and Leon Duff.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her children: Ricky Wickizer, and Randal Wickizer.
Charlotte was a very giving woman with the biggest heart and always put others before herself. She was a very hard worker, often being described as the Energizer Bunny. Charlotte was very true to her Christian Faith and made sure to attend church every Sunday.
Survivors include her son: Ronald Wickizer, Sr., 5 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and 3 sisters.
