Dianne Jean Vendetti

Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Raymond E. Brown and Jean M. (Nothstein) Miller of Boyertown.

She was a graduate of Jim Thorpe High School and received her BA of Science at West Chester University.

Dianne was employed by the Jim Thorpe School District as a High School English Teacher, and she also worked as a Sales Associate in the retail field for many years.

She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Gilbertsville.

Dianne is survived by her daughters, Erin E. wife of David Benn of Boyertown, and Emily R. wife of Michael Gregory of Gilbertsville; brother, Bruce R. Brown of Allentown; grandchildren, Madeline Benn, Steven Gregory, Alexander Gregory, and Giuliana Gregory all at home.

Memorial services will be held at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 35 Wilson Avenue, Gilbertsville, on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at 11:00 AM.

Friends and family may call at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dianne’s name to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd. Philadelphia, PA. 19104.
