Doreen C. Heimbach

Doreen was a graduate of Boyertown Area Senior High School Class of 1976. After graduation, she went on to enjoy a 48 year career as a dental assistant until her retirement.

Outside of her career, Doreen found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She had a deep love for gardening and could often be found tending to her plants with patience and care. Her garden was a reflection of her spirit—vibrant, welcoming, and full of life. She also enjoyed crocheting, creating handmade pieces that brought warmth and comfort to family and friends.

Doreen had a special fondness for flowers, delighting in their colors and fragrances, though she famously held a firm dislike for lilies—a small but endearing detail that those who knew her will always remember with a smile.

Doreen is survived by her daughter Courtney Roberts, along with her sister Cathrine Fronheiser, wife of Ron. She is also survived by her nephews, Jason and his son Garrett, Brett, husband of Elinor, and their children Ithan and Conner, along with her niece Heather Zornek, wife of Chad, and their children Tanner and Colsen. Also surviving is her sister in law, Christine. Doreen was predeceased by her brother James Heydt.

Visitation with family and friends will be held at Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home Inc., 111 North Reading Ave, Boyertown, 19512, on April 17, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a funeral service beginning at 12:00pm. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Boyertown.
