Ellen Lucille Erb

Born in Pottstown she was a daughter of the late Elizabeth (Brunner) and Allen Mohler.

Ellen attended Pottstown High School and worked at H &R Sewing Factory working in production; she also had customer service positions at Dairy Queen and Weiss Markets over the years. She worked at Gudebrod Factory in her younger years.

She was a member of Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Boyertown volunteered for many years at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Ellen enjoyed country music, watching game shows, working on word search puzzles and writing poetry and her work was published in the Lyrical Heritage Book of Poems.

She is survived by her daughters; Carol M. wife of Andrew L. Hansley, Jr. of Boyertown, Sandra E. wife of Bruce A. Moser of Gilbertsville, Judith L. wife of Glenn C. Boyer of Hereford and Donna M. Selinsky of Coopersburg; twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and two great-grandchildren which are due in January, 2016. She was predeceased by her infant son Douglass M., Jr., and her sisters, Geraldine Bealer, Shirley Bealer and a brother Allen Mohler, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA. on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 1:30 PM.

Friends and family may call at the funeral home Monday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
