

Born in Barto, PA. He was the last surviving son of Wilson and Verna (Yoder) Schoenly.
Before settling in Boyertown, PA, Harold served 4 years in the United States Air Force, stationed in Germany. Harold was a Master Carpenter at the Boyertown Planing Mill for over 20 years. He also worked as a substitute Mail Carrier and worked at the Boyertown Casket Company making caskets. Harold was also a builder, having built many homes in the Boyertown area.
He was a lifelong member of Christ Lutheran Church in Niantic. Harold was a member of the Boyertown Masonic Lodge #741, the American Legion, Boyertown, the Odd Fellows Lodge #708 and the Perkiomen Chapter of the Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA).
He is survived by his daughters, Karen L. wife of Bruce A. Hoffman of Barto and Kelly J. Frain of Boyertown. Harold is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Along with many nieces, nephews, and their families.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
