Born in Moddersville, Michigan on March 14, 1922 she was the daughter of the late John Walter and Elizabeth (Edwaltz) Mackewicz..
Martha served in the ministry with her husband Frank for more than 55 years.
She is survived by a son, Frank S. Foley, Jr., of Madisonville, TN; seven daughters, Joy, wife of Herbert Powell, of Madisonville, TN, Hope, wife of David Royer of Boyertown, PA, Faith Foley of Morristown, TN, Grace, wife of Dennis Samsel of Oley, PA., Carol Bishop of Fleetwood, PA, Promise, wife of Richard Morris of Gilbertsville, PA., and Gloria, wife of Tom Troup of Wernersville, PA.; twenty-three grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown. Gloria Foley-Troup will officiate.
A viewing will be Wednesday between 1 – 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Boyertown. where Faith Audrey Foley will officiate.
