

Born in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Michaelee Marley and Martin A. Walters of Boyertown.
He worked for The Bouncing Fun Time, Boyertown. He was a member of Brethren in Christ Church, Stowe, PA; he was a former member of the ROTC of Boyertown High School. Monroe was a member of Gilbertsville Fire Company.
Surviving with his father with whom he resided, are three sisters, Desiree, wife of Gregory Stoudt of Boyertown, Chelsea Walters of Lansford and Lexy Walters at home; he was a loving uncle to two nephews, Elijah and Kaiden Stoudt; a companion, Alicia Bowen and her three children, Gracey, Joshua and Tommy Bowen of Barto.
Memorial services will be 11a.m., Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Brethren in Christ Church, 527 Glasgow Street, Stowe. Reverend Thomas Francis will officiate.
A viewing will be Friday, April 27, 2012 at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown between 6 – 8 p.m..
