Thomas Daniel Borcher

Born in New York he was the son of the late Helen (Berry) and Thomas D. Borcher.

He was an Air Force Veteran. He was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Boyertown. He worked for Bally Case & Cooler in the 60’s then at Erb & Henry Equipment, New Berlinville, PA as a truck driver until his retirement.

Tom’s heart and pride was in farming and he knew his tractors. He also enjoyed hunting, nature and telling jokes.

Surviving with his wife Jane of 48 years (Married March 23, 1973) is a daughter Martha Heimbach of Boyertown; two sons, Timothy T. Borcher of Pottstown and Thomas David Borcher of Bechtelsville; five grandchildren, Natalie, Brianna, Stephanie, TJ and Rebekah two great-grandchildren, Leanne and Nickolas; and a sister D. Jane Portera of New Jersey.

A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at the Pavilion in New Berlinville at 1 p.m., all are welcome.

Arrangements are being handled by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 111 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown.
