Dawn O’Lynn Fyffe (Bolden), of Myakka City, Florida, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on September 19, 1959, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dawn lived a life marked by deep faith, unwavering love for her family, and a strong connection to the land and her animals she cherished.
Dawn was a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, Tim Fyffe. Together they built a life rooted in faith and family, raising three strong, God-fearing men and helping grow a successful family business. She shared a deep and loving bond with her sister, Alicia, whom she treasured beyond words.
As a mother, Dawn’s greatest calling was being present. She chose to stay home to raise her children, faithfully serving as team mom, attending every school event, and never missing a pickup, drop-off, or milestone. Her love was constant, steady, and sacrificial. As a grandmother, Dawn deeply loved her grandchildren and prayed faithfully over their lives.
Her faith in Jesus Christ was unwavering and central to who she was. Dawn pursued her relationship with the Lord wholeheartedly, mentoring others in their faith and helping many commit their lives to Christ. She joyfully served in her churches, volunteering and leading worship alongside her husband, Tim, living out her faith through service and love.
Dawn found joy in life’s simple and meaningful blessings, her faith, her family, and her animals. She felt most at peace barrel racing, caring for her horses and cattle dogs, tending to her cattle, or spending time outdoors. She also loved water skiing, fishing, trips to the Keys, and tending to her plants, often repeating her Grandma Bolden’s favorite phrase, “live or die, dammit”.
Dawn is survived by her loving husband, Tim Fyffe; her sons, Timmy Fyffe, Cory Fyffe and his wife Meredith, and Cody Fyffe and his wife Lauren; her four cherished grandchildren, Brantley, Rhett, Acree, and Sadie; and her sister, Alicia Milford, her husband Mark Milford, and their daughter, Krista and son Jason. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wyvetta Acree, and her father, Robert Bolden, and is now reunited with them in eternal peace.
A Funeral Service will be held on January 10, 2026, Fellowship at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am at Robert Toale & Sons Celebration of Life Center, 4310 Solutions Lane, Bradenton, FL. A funeral reception will follow at the home of Cory and Meredith Fyffe, 7225 Wauchula Rd, Myakka City.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dawn’s memory to The Church at Triple Cross, 20740 NW 100th Avenue Rd, Micanopy, FL 32667.
"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!” Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised. Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise." Proverbs 31:25-31
