It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jessie Paulins, or Boots as his mom calls him. Jessie departed this life on July 12, 2025. Born on February 25, 2002, Jessie lived a vibrant life, marked by kindness, humor, and selflessness, leaving an indelible imprint on those who had the fortune to know him.
Jessie's charismatic presence was often the spark that brought life and laughter to a room. He possessed a resilient spirit and always had the strength to face adversity. He believed in the power of kindness, and his generosity touched the lives of countless people, encouraging those around him to live their lives to the fullest. Jessie had an extraordinary way of connecting with people, creating an impact on their lives that cannot be replaced.
A 2020 graduate of Southeast High School, Bradenton, FL, Jessie stood as the first of eight children to achieve this accomplishment. He began working at Defy while in high school and worked his way up to AGM. In 2024, he was offered an AGM position at Ninja Kidz Trampoline Park in Palm Beach County. He accepted the position and in September of that year, he relocated to Boynton Beach to begin this journey. His life was clearly reflected in his interests and hobbies. A lover of Kevin Gates, Morgan Wallen, and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie. Jessie was a passionate angler, finding joy in anything involving water and fish. He was also an ardent player of basketball, often seen shooting hoops with his friends. He enjoyed a good meal despite his humorously stated distaste for anything his mother cooked or 10 back-to-back shots of tequila.
His sudden departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, and his memory is one that will forever be engraved in our hearts. Jessie is survived by a loving family that consists of his mother, Marie Franklin-Paulins, Todd Paulins, his siblings Josh Paulins, Chelsey Paulins, Jeff Franklin, Jeremy Schmidt, Shyane Paulins, John Paulins, Sarah Paulins and the family's adorable poodle, Jack. He is also survived by countless cousins, nieces, and nephews.
As we mourn the loss of this truly extraordinary, one-of-a-kind man, we also celebrate the beautiful life he led—a life full of love, joy, and unforgettable moments. He will eternally be remembered for his big heart, infectious humor, kindness, and selfless nature. While the pain of losing Jessie is immense, we take comfort in remembering the wonderful times we spent with him. Jessie "Boots" Paulins may no longer be with us physically, but his spirit will continue to live on in those who knew and loved him. His memory and impact will remain alive in our hearts and in the stories, laughter, and love he left behind.
A Visitation for Jessie will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Robert Toale & Sons Celebration of Life Center, 4310 Solutions Lane, Bradenton, FL 34211, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM.
