

He leaves behind his wife, Gail Orzechowski (Feit), his daughter Marnie Hauser (Stern) and son-in-law Mark Hauser, along with granddaughters Michaela and Morgan Hauser. He is also survived by his sisters, Janet Bruno (Orzechowski) and Diane O'Brien (Orzechowski). He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph P. and Bernice Orzechowski (Worthington), his aunt Lois Taylor, grandmother Elsa Worthington, and daughter Erica Orzechowski.
Joseph graduated from Father Judge High School and later earned an Accounting degree from St. Joseph's University. His career spanned several notable positions, including roles at Shoprite Supermarkets, the State of New Jersey Department of Labor, the State of Florida Department of Health, and the Kingsway Power Squadron.
A devout member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, Joseph's faith was a cornerstone of his life. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, boating, and gardening. His passion for cooking and travel brought joy to both his family and friends. An ardent dog lover, Joseph's compassionate nature extended to all living creatures.
A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34232, on Friday, August 8, 2025 at 10:30 am.
