Tracy was a rare breed in many ways, she was born, raised and lived her whole life in Bradenton Florida. She was raised by her Mother Pamela Miller along with her sister Robalee. The three girls learned that nothing good in life came easily and to enjoy the simple pleasures of a close family. She spoke to her mom at least once a day until her passing in 2015.
She studied nursing and brought comfort to many as a home care nurse. She also worked at an orange grove and helped transform it into a busy storage facility many years before there was one on every corner. She embraced her Gemini personality as she let many customers cry on her shoulder while others looked to her for brutally honest advice.
Her most important job was being a mom to her son Casey Catlett and raising him to be a hard working respected member of the Bradenton community. He and the love of his life Jessica Lowe grew the family and blessed Tracy with three beloved grandchildren: Caden Catlett, Aliya Catlett and Celsie Catlett.
Her favorite pastimes were boating, fishing and watching her grandchildren compete in sports or 4H activities. She also loved to travel, most recently reconnecting with her long estranged brother David Wishart Jr. and sister Lori Wishart in Carolina Beach in June.
Her loving husband Michael O’Brien is grateful to have spent the best years with Tracy both as her high school sweetheart in 1980 and finally married in 2015. She will be dearly missed by many.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Robert Toale & Sons Celebration of Life Center, 4310 Solutions Lane, Bradenton, FL 34211.
