Bill (William) Tamo

He was an extraordinary human with a kind and wise soul who could make you laugh, and would give you the shirt off of his back.

He leaves behind his dearly beloved wife of 35 years Valerie and was the cherished father to Julia and Jacqueline (Murray White), step father to Richard Smith, and proud and ecstatic Dedo to Carter. Devoted son to late Lillian and Paul Tamo and Son-in-law of Marion Crockett. Much loved brother of Karen (Richard Zurawski) and Janet (Michael Woch). Brother-in-law of Michelle (Jason Darrah) and Cliff Douglas. A truly joyous and infectiously good person, he will be deeply missed by all of his family and his many friends.

Bill was a humble spirit and respected the inevitability of death. In lieu of a funeral, per his wishes, there will be a A Celebration of Life Party held on Saturday, August 6th at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 609 (1133 Queen St E. Brampton) from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, however, the Legion will remain open to accommodate anyone who wishes to stay for long stories and old jokes. Please join us to toast in Bill’s Honour.
