Died peacefully at home after a lengthy battle with cancer surrounded by his family and friends, Thursday, July 7, 2011. Loving husband of Sheila. Beloved dad of Charlotte (Steve), Shelby (Sean) and Karlie (John). Adoring grandad of Ryder. Dear son of Joan (Oz, predeceased), brother of Dale (Ellen) and Martin (Bonnie), uncle of Melanie, Jamie, Chelsea, Luke, Lauren and their families. Chris will be fondly remembered, sadly missed and never forgotten by his family and many, many friends. Visitation to be held at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre (8190 Dixie Rd., Brampton N. of Steeles Ave. 905-456-8190) on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Chris’s Life will take place Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Cremation to follow. Donations in Chris’s memory may be made to the Sickkids Foundation and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
