Elizabeth Jean McCauley

Passed peacefully on Thursday, May 18 at Brampton Civic Hospital in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Floyd McCauley for 55 years. Loving mother of Mark (Wendy), Catherine (Vic Ujihara), Ted (Cathy), and Jane (Bob Jenner). Proud grandmother of Michael McCauley (Shannon), Beth McCauley, Erin (Matt) Richardson, David and Jessie McCauley, Brian Jenner (Alicia Beaton) and Anne (Noel DeNiese), Great-grandmother of Abigale and Jack McCauley, and Ian, Eli, Owen and Aiden Richardson. Cherished sister of the late Gordon Kettles (Lois), Allan Kettles (Jean) and Mary Kettles and sister in law of Betty McCauley and the late Les McCauley, Marjory and Walter Cedar and Isabell and Jim Surgenor. Jean will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Many thanks are extended to the doctors, nurses and staff of Woodhall Park Retirement Home and Brampton Civic Hospital. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, June 2 at 6pm with visitation 2 hours prior at Emmanuel United Church – 420 Balmoral Dr. Brampton. In lieu of flowers, donations to Emmanuel United Church or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated. Interment to follow at a later date at Ramsayville Cemetery, Ramsayville, Ontario.
