Surrounded by her loving family and friends after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Elizabeth entered peacefully into rest on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Proud mother to Lindsay (Adam Batstone) and Ashley Piitz. Forever cherished in the heart of her granddaughter Bree. Elizabeth will be fondly remembered by her best friend Phyllis. Lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre, 8190 Dixie Road, (North of Steeles Avenue) Bramtpon, 905 456-8190, on Thursday, November 8th from 2-4 and 7-9. A celebration of Elizabeth’s life will be held at the North Bramalea United Church (corner of Vodden and Howden) on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 11am.
