It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Herman, on March 25, 2012 at Brampton Civic Hospital. Beloved husband of Elsie. Loving father to Gustav, Harvey (Janice), Brian (Marilyn). Cherished Grandfather and Pappy to Julie, Heidi, Ryan, Jessica, Eric, Alyson, and Victoria. Great Grandfather and Opa to Kelly, Casey, and Emma. Much loved brother to Ben, George, Elsie, and Anita. Predeceased by his parents Gustave and Natalie, and siblings Thelma, Erna, Frederick, Robert, and Alec. He will be missed by many friends and family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 28, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Andrews Community Funeral Centre (8190 Dixie Road, Brampton, Ontario, north of Steeles, 905-456-8190). Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home chapel on Thursday March 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place at Sanctuary Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer society or the ODETTE Cancer Clinic at Sunnybrook Hospital.
