Horace passed away on February 13, 2014 at the age of 92. Horace was predeceased by his beloved wife, Joan, on January 22, 2014 at the age of 90. Cherished father and mother to Lynn (Bob), Julie (Randy), Blair (Kerrin); grandfather to Nick (Jessica), Amy, Lindsay; also leaving behind many extended family and friends in Canada and the United Kingdom. A memorial service will take place in honour of both Horace and Joan at 2 p.m. on Friday February 28, 2014 at St. Joseph of Nazareth Anglican Church (290 Balmoral Dr., Brampton ON.). Cremation has taken place for both Horace and Joan. Heartfelt thanks to the many caregivers at Greenway Seniors residence and Toronto General Hospital. In Lieu of flowers, donations in both Horace and Joan’s names may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society.
