Its Christmas 2025 and I have finally the courage to look at this.  I miss you so much it physically hurts me.  I'm preparing for Christmas once again without you, but at the same time with you.  I "feel" your with me at certain times and it doesn't scare me it comforts me. I swear you look over your nieces and your great nephews all the time!  They say time heals the heart but it doesn't, it just makes it easier to remember you. Every time i go to cry over you i stop myself because I know you wouldn't want that. The ONLY comfort I get in your passing is that I believe you are with dad again. I pray that your all up above playing euchre with gram and poppa and all the others that passed too soon.  I know you will all be there to greet mom when her time comes and sit her at the table with you! Love you so much Karen and miss you more more. I cannot believe you have been gone a year😥.  Although we never got to travel together, you convinced me to take a cruise.  I took one last year and am scheduled for two more this summer.  You got me hooked!  Miss your smiling face and your always positive attitude.  💔💔

I cannot put into words my shock in finding out about Karen’s passing.  I only found out today and am so sorry for your loss.  Although I am out west now, know that I am here if you need to talk.  Karen was always so happy and smiling and I remember her concern for me during troubled times.  She will truly be missed by all that knew and loved her.



Karen you always had the biggest nicest smile.   You always said what was on your mind no matter what which could make anyone laugh.  You will be missed by so many.  You were gone way too soon as you had a lot of living left to do.  You will remain In many hearts.

I cherish the memories of all the times we spent together and am deeply saddened by the passing of my cousin and dear friend. We had so much fun growing up, Karen always enjoyed laughing and joking with Uncle Doug and the rest of our family. I will miss her kindness and light heart and keep them with me as an example of the best way to be in our lives. My heart goes out to her family and friends.  

When I worked with Karen many years ago, we became friends. Although I haven't been in touch with Karen for years except through social media, I have fond memories of her. I will always remember going to her family cottage in Marmora for the weekend.  There was a curling tournament, she encouraged me to participate even though I knew nothing about curling, we had so much fun.  She was so welcoming, caring and always smiling. Thank you Karen for your generous loving spirit.

Oh my.....shocked to hear & read of Karen's death. What a "beautiful" soul she was, inside & out! Seldom seeing her "downshore" (Gloucester County, Northern NB) the last number of years, it was a delight to see her favourable comments under my FB pics, especially those of Chaleur Bay & Beach, which she always enjoyed seeing in person. Our sincere condolences to you & yours......our hearts are with you.....soar high Karen with those well deserved wings!! Love & sympathy from Muriel & Leonard Daley.

I am so sad.  Karen was such a beautiful person inside and out. Her love of family near and far was like no other. My heart goes out to her family. 

My deepest condolences to your family. Karen and I went to high-school together. What I remember is how Karen made me smile and loved to laugh. She loved having her hair cut every 6 weeks and always shared her fond memories about her cottage trips to Marmora. I'm so grateful to have known Karen, spent time in her joyful presence and am sad for her loss. My heartfelt condolences.

Karen and I went to High School together.  Her smile and infectious laugh comes to mind first and foremost.

It was such a sad day when I received the news that Karen had died. It is not lost on me that the wrong people die every single day. 

I am so glad to have known her, the cherry on top of having Haleigh in my life for so many years. 

AK, as she is so lovingly referred to was all things good in the world. That good came with sass, class and a little bit smart ass (my favourite part)

AK’s greatest love was for her family and friends particularly, “her girls” Judith, Brittany and Haleigh. She had great pride for their accomplishments, had a front row seat to all events and held tight to bragging rights sharing with all who would listen. 

I first met Karen at the fast pitch diamond where Haleigh and my daughter played for years together. She would cheer loud and proud for every hit, pitch and stolen base-she proficiently kept the umpires in line. 

Cheers to you, Karen, to a life well lived and loved, we will think of you often and fondly. 

I looked forward to each summer as I brought visitors from ON to NB. We had some great laughs and adventures through the years. Very saddened by your loss. We always hope to get one more visit but it’s not up to us sometimes 😢

Karen, you will be missed by so many family and friends. Your love of life was infectious, you made me laugh like no other. I still remember our first meeting in front of the cottage and that was the beginning of a true and memorable friendship that has endured times a part but it never felt like any time had passed when we got together. 
I promise there will be Grey Goose Vodka at the cottage so we can toast to you and reminisce. I will miss you my friend. Rest easy in paradise. Love you forever my friend. 

We are so truly sorry to hear of Karen's passing.  She certainly was a pleasure to deal with, even if she was collecting money on behalf of Norseman Truck & Trailer! 

We will miss her cherry smile, and her calls "wondering if the mail had arrived at Canadian Scale yet, because they were still waiting at Norseman".  

Far too often we take for granted  that the people we have the pleasure of working, who make our lives a little easier, will be there for us  each day.  Karen will be missed by her many friends at Canadian Scale.  She always had time for a chat, and was very good at everything she did.

May she rest in peace knowing she touched our lives.  Our sincere Condolences to her Family and Friends.  

Condolences to all that loved Karen.  She was the best cousin and my life long friend.  I will miss and love her forever.  Wish I could be with you all this Friday but please know I send all my love and polar bear hugs to you all.  I will celebrate her life from Churchill and always wish she could have visited like we talked about.

Worked with Karen in our Lexsys days, she was our dispatcher, our friend and colleague.  She will be truly missed.

When your sister married my brother, we became family but also friends. I am truly heartbroken as this is WAY too soon. Much love to the friends and family you have left behind. But the memories we have always will be cherished. From sled dog weekend in Marmora, to the many cottage (cooler) shenanigans and especially our trip to Cuba! I met Karen  when I was her letter carrier. She was such a warm person and we always had such great chats, she made my day! I can't tell you how much she meant to me. Im saddened to hear of her passing.
