We were so sorry to hear of your husband's passing. Our prayers are with you. You are a wonderful person Mrs. Springer and my family will always be here for you.

Life was much to short for Martin and for all of us who knew him. I'm proud to have called him friend and a member of the Purina Family.

Martin was a close friend for a very long time.  We first met at Cumberland High School, both spent two enjoyable years at Wood Junior College, spent most of our working lives with Purina, much of that time in the same sales division.  After retirement we enjoyed visiting with each other at Purina meetings and at OTOPS.  In all of the years I have known Martin, I have never seen anyone that got to know him that did not like him and enjoy being in his company.  To say he will be deeply missed seems to be such an understatement.  My  thoughts and prayers are with his entire family at this time of great loss.   Ray Gibson  (Dothan, AL)

Martin, I know your in a better place but you are so missed here. Everything I do around the home you provided us I see you and miss your smiling face and kind heart. You will always be in my family's thoughts and heart.

I enjoyed having Martin as a classmate. I am so blessed to have spent time with him at our 50th class reunion in Sept. He will be truly missed by everyone. I pray for the all of the family.

With sorrow I read of Martin's death in today's Tupelo paper.  He and I started our college years in a small freshman class at Wood Junior College in Mathiston.  After those years I only heard of him infrequently, but will always remember him as larger than life.  When Fonzie appeared on "Happy Days" I frequently told people that I had known a Fonzie in college and it was Martin. The only difference was he drove a Cadillac convertible instead of riding a motorcycle.  My prayers are with the family in your loss.

Martin was a high school classmate/friend of mine at Cumberland High School. I saw him this past Sept. at our class reunion.  I know he'll  be missed by all his family and friends.  We send our prayers and sympathy for all his family.

Barry, David, Sarah, Vicki, and family, Benny and I were so shocked and saddened to learn of Martin's death.  As a young girl, I remember Martin as being such a well mannered, well groomed young man.  He was several years older than I, but I well remember him as being very "cool."  By that I mean in the way he dressed[jeans,white shirt, and white oxford shoes.]  Oh yes, and he drove a Cadillac covertible.. So you can imagine how impressed I was as a young preteen girl. I only knew Martin through his work at PMI, and only by phone and through emails, but he was a wonderful and caring person, and always did his best to help me! I am sure he will leave a big hole with his family and friends, and  wish them strength during these difficult times.

There are so many memories of Martin, to me he will always be remembered as a caring, funny guy who put everyone at ease. My prayers are with your family at this difficult time, the world is a much sadder place without Martin, he will be missed by all.

Martin:  You have always been such a wonderful friend to so many.  You were one of the best friends I have ever known.  You will be missed so very much. This life of ours is simply a short test before eternity and Martin graduated with full honors of success and had many of us that love him.  "the righteous pass away; godly often die before their time.  No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come and these souls will rest in peace." Isaiah 57.
