Bobby Joe Garner, 84, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020. He was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Justus and Emmie Garner. Bobby leaves behind his son, Ron Garner (Yolie); daughters, Gwendolyn Chapman (Terry) and Bobbie McCabe (Steve); grandchildren, Toni Dean (Garry), Mandy Gibson (Morgan), Brooke McCabe, Zack McCabe, Justin Clark (Lisa), Jared Clark (Rachel), Aubrey Rissler (Steve), Curtis Chapman (Tracee), Teila Carpenter and Traci Dunn (David); 26 great-grandchildren; many friends and family from his 30 years in Costa Rica. A celebration of Bobby’s life will take place at 12pm on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home of Brandon; family will start receiving guests at 11am.
