LEVISTER, Cecil Howard,87, lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, entered into rest March 12, 2016. Cecil was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, member of Pleasant Grove Assembly of God, and retired from Verizon. He was a member of Port Tampa Masonic Lodge No. 153 and Egypt Temple Shrine. Cecil loved spending time with his family and sports, especially golfing. He enjoyed the yearly lunch with his Plant High School graduating class. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyne; parents, Walter and Frances Levister. Survivors include his son, Mike Duke (Diane); daughter, Karen Jones; grandsons, Chris Jones, Cason Duke; great-grandchildren, Shea Jones, Ian Jones, Hayden Jones. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
