Passed away in peace at home on January 18, 2022.
Charles is survived by his wife Sherry Hurlbert, daughter Tonya McMahan (Charles McMahan) and son Charles Henry Small. Sisters Diane Quig, Cindy Nagle, Edith Heredia and brother Ricky Small. Six grandchildren Moriah, Daniel, Billy, Alina, Gwyhn and Jase, and stepmother Elaine Beverly Small.
Preceded in death by his father Charles Small Sr., mother Marion Jones and sister Abby Deletto.
