Hard to believe my good good  friend has been gone 4 years. He was a tremendous blessing to me and many others. One of the most sacrificial, generous, and loving people I know.  Glad he is dancing with his Messiah and will do so for all eternity. He has received his reward.  Until we meet again!

Hard to believe that one of my favorite people on the planet has been gone from this earth for three years. Can’t wait to see him again and spend eternity laughing and fellowshipping with him.

His legacy can be felt by every one of us; a unique handprint on each individual life that he touched. But as we look to the future, it is not only his handprint that can be felt, but a blueprint to aspire to.

It is hard to believe my good friend Don departed this earth one year ago. He was such a kindhearted, generous, loving, devoted, and wise man.  He helped me tremendously when I was writing my 1st a book, as he not only reviewed it twice, but also directed me to a graphic artist and printer and then helped distribute the book (and my subsequent ones) for free.  Although we lived 1000 miles apart, I felt very very close to him. Jackie and he were always there for my wife, Cathy and me.   Prayers for Jackie, Matt and the fam.  Until we meet again and spend eternity together. Much love! 
 

Dear family of Rabbi Don Goldstein, I just heard of His passing. I want to give my sincere condolences to you. I worked at Moffitt Cancer center many years ago . I met He and Jackie there. He gave me many of his Books, “I have a friend who’s Jewish.” I distributed them to so many employees that I worked with. I gave them to patients and have witnessed many miracles through  his writings of that book. I still give them out…  Many became believers In Jesus. I thank the Lord for his life. He brought so many people to know Jesus as Lord. As I feel sad he is not here but I am so happy he is with our Lord and Savior and in a better place. I have been blessed to know Rabbi Goldstein along with his lovely and loving wife Jackie. It was the highlight of my day each time I heard from him and when we spoke in detail for over a  decade. May his soul rest in peace. People live through the living and telling. Let's always keep his spirit alive  by reliving our memories and stories of him forever and a day. B'H.

My mother came to visit me in 2017 when she had cancer.  We visited one of the healing services at Shoresh David Messianic Synagogue where Don prayed for her.  Soon thereafter, her cancer went into remission although she eventually died from it in 2018.  I attribute her remission to my family's and Don's prayers for her.  Although I am sad to find out that I will not be able to visit Don at the synagogue anymore, I'm looking forward to seeing him again in heaven.

It was a joy to attend his services a number of years ago when I found I had DNA that was Jewish. 
He was a great teacher and always so uplifting and full of joy. Will be so missed.

I am so blessed to have known this genuine man of God through the many livestream services on Friday nights.  His love for Yeshua would emanate from him with every word that he spoke.  Now he is at home and forever present with his Mashiach.

Don was without a doubt  one of my all-time favorite people. Always smiling, filled with joy, and incredibly generous with his time and money.  He  cared so much about other people and blessed so so many. 

I ame grateful that he is no longer suffering, but he will be missed by many throughout the world, starting with his loving wife Jackie.

38 years ago this energetic man started dating my mother. He never treated me or Adam like a third wheel and welcomed me and my brother with open arms.  His children, Erin and Matt, became part of the family.   On a family trip to The Statue of Liberty Mom and Don called a family meeting to tell all four of us that they were getting married.   Not a single one of us was surprised.

In October 1984 they got married in the backyard of our home at Forrest Avenue in Bensalem.   By all accounts I was miserable that day. Little did I know that I was gaining a bonus dad and two additional wonderful siblings.

A good friend of mine taught me not too long ago and that she does not like using the work “step-parent”.  We associate the term “step” so much with the fictional depictions of so many countless unsavory characters in stories.   A better description is “Bonus Parent”.   Don was and will always be my Bonus Dad.   He taught me by example how to be a husband and a father, even if we didn’t always agree.   For the last several years I’ve called him B.D. 

Over  years there were wonderful water fights, hoses dragged through the house, hide and seek on the roof of Forrest avenue, and most memorable a food fight with a fish loaf that to this day my mother swears was bad because of the fish.  Finances were always tight, but we managed to have fun.  Don’s family warmly embraced me and Adam and I have so many fond memories of my new extended family

We’ve had many differences over the years, especially regarding matters of faith.  But there has always been an undercurrent of true love and admiration 

I was so grateful that he was able to have a close and meaningful relationship with my children and wife due to the technological wonder of FaceTime.

My twin brother, Don, and I were blood twins. We had a special connection that not too many people have. I loved him with all my heart and will miss him terribly😢 Rest In Peace, Don💜 Say hi to the rest of the family for me...until we meet again💜
