Burke Jr., Edmund L., 92, of Tampa passed away October 12, 2010. Born on May 6, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Edmund Sr., and Gladys Burke. A WWII Air Force Veteran, retiree of 43 years from Chrysler and a member of the Northeast United Methodist Church. Edmund was a resident of John Knox for the past two years. Edmund was predeceased by his first wife, Daphne and second wife, Wilma. Survivors include his 2 sons, David (Susan) Burke of MI and Daniel (Connie) Burke of IL; Daughters, Priscilla (Don) McLachlan of Tampa, FL and Lori (Robin) Bacchus of Riverview, FL; sister, Betty Burke of MI; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, October 15, from 5-8 PM. Funeral Services will be Saturday, October 16, at 1 PM both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, Brandon.
