HOUSEMAN, Effie Mae McCulloch, 86, of Valrico, passed away October 16, 2013. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Fraternal Order of Women, Eagles Auxiliary, and Amvets Ladies Auxiliary. She loved dancing, music and taking cruises. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert L. McCulloch Jr.; daughter, Donna Kay Burkley; son, Harry Houseman; and husbands, Robert Lee McCulloch Sr., and Thomas E. Houseman. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl, Susan, Mary, Barbara, Brenda; daughter-in-law, Ruth McCulloch; and sons, John, Tommy, Dennis, Eddie, and Michael; and 60 plus grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., Friday, October 18, 2013 with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Stowers Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice in memory of Effie Mae McCulloch Houseman.
