WITHROW, FRANKLIN, a local dairyman, born August 23, 1922 in Poca, West Virginia, died February 23, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Withrow; son, Ronald; daughters, Ladonna and Patty; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Imojean Hendry and Kathy Castro and brothers, Larry and Eugene. A graveside service will be held 4PM February 26, 2011 at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
