GORDON, Jack Byron, 86, entered into rest October 21, 2011. Jack was a very proud veteran who had served in both the US Navy and Air Force. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for many years. Jack also loved his days spent trucking and getting to see The United States of America. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelyn. Jack is survived by his son, Dana J. Gordon (Gwenn); daughters, Gayle Gordon, Julie Stevens, Diana Brockmann (Robert), Mona Johnson and Colleen Trager; 9 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and an extended loving family and friends. Jack was very much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A Funeral Service will be held 2PM with visitation from 12PM-2PM Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Tampa Prep Athletic Fund.
