

He was born in Philadelphia to the late John & Marge Larson. He was raised in Levittown, PA and moved to Tampa Bay, FL 13 years ago. A graduate of Bishop Egan High School and Bucks County Community College, he was employed in the field of computer technology for many years.
John served in the U.S. Army’s 720th Military Police Battalion in Vietnam and was a Disabled Veteran.
He was predeceased by his parents, John & Marge Larson, his sister, Mary Spera, and his nephew, Mike Bradley. John is survived by his life partner of 39 years, Ernest Potter, of Valrico, FL. He is also survived by his sister, Peg (Bob) Mason of Penndel, his brother, Bill (Debbie) Larson of Feasterville, nine nieces & nephews and many great nieces & nephews.
John was a real music enthusiast and self taught guitarist. He was also a devoted animal lover, who could never pass up “one more dog”. He will be sadly missed by his buddies.
