we wish we could have been there tonight to celebrate jon jon's life with his family and friends. instead we went for a ride thru the back roads of alabama and stopped for a bud light in his honor. jon jon you left too soon and will be dearly missed.

Today, we set aside time to "Honor" the life of my former son-in-law, "Jon Jon Wright". Recalling the good times, the not-so-good times, the very funny times, the hopes, the long conversations and all the laughter. The big friendly smile & kindness. Jon, you have left us "way too soon". I am honored to have had the opportunity to call you my friend. We will see you on the other side someday. My prayer today is for the family and huge family of friends, may God give everyone touched by Jon Jon's life great strength. God Bless.

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

I look back over the years to when you, Deb, me and Tommy used to ride bikes around Thonotosassa...to meeting up with you again after we "grew up"!  It didn't matter if we hadn't seen each other in days or years.  The world will be a sad place without you in it!  Thoughts and prayers are with all of Jon's family and friends during this trying time.

Here we go again saying good-bye to a close and dear friend, wish we were all having a horrible nightmare...Jon Jon you have left so many wonderful memories, the stories are never ending. I hope you know how many people cared and loved you. You are forever tatoo'ed in my heart! Love ya!

I didn't know him well, and had only had the pleasure of meeting him once but you could tell he had a heart of gold and the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen! Jon Jon had the biggest heart of anyone I know. He was a true friend, and a real man. He was always willing to help someone in need, and would stand next to you through thick and thin. He will truly be missed. The world has lost an amazing Man, and we have lost an friend .

I had the opportunity to meet Jon Jon last year through Niki. He was a good man who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time.  There was not a time that I went that we didn't end up having a blast. He will be deeply missed.

So many thoughts and words in my head and I have no idea where to begin. Jon Jon, you were a friend, a confidant, a man I seldom saw without a smile on your face and so many good memories from a time that seems to be so long ago. Your laughter was infectious and your karaoke voice was angelic. We will always remember the good times that we have had. We first met Jon when he moved next door to us in the mid-90's.   His children were then very small as were mine.   

I had the pleasure of picking Tabby up from the rec. center together with my three for many years and keeping her until Jon got home from work. 

I was saddened when Jon and Tabby moved away in early 2000.    Jon would occasionally drop by over the years.

My husband and I last saw Jon a few years ago riding his motorcyle in Ybor City going to Coyote Uglys.   He was big as life with his riding gear on! 

Jon loved to have a great time anytime he could and he would give you the shirt off his back.   He will certainly be missed as he was loved very much. 

The World has lost a wonderful soul.

Our condolences to Jon Jon's family and friends.  Knowing Jon was a bright spot in our lives...he will be missed.
