2020, with her loving daughter and granddaughter at her side. Kathy was born March 3, 1940 in Natchitoches, La., to Luther and Annie Welch. She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and sisters, and her husband of fifty years, Carlton F. Marshall

Kathy was not only Carltons wife, but a true partner in life, and business as well. In 1968, they uprooted their young family from Lake Charles, La., to start a new and challenging life in Tampa, Florida. There, they opened their new business, Tampa Rubber and Gasket Co., which still operates today, 52 years later, by their 3 children.

Kathy is survived by her current husband and partner, Alfred (Beddie) Bruning of Clarance, La. She is also survived by her sons, Tony (Kris), Jeff (Pam), and her daughter, Missy Joseph. Kathy has 6 grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Lindsay, Ashley, Jacob, and Jordan, along with 5 great grandchildren and several loving cousins, nieces and nephews, that will all miss her terribly.

Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511; family will receive guests from 12pm to 2pm.
