Lorraine Marie Bertomeu

BERTOMEU, Lorraine, 87, recently residing in Denton, Texas, passed away due to natural causes on March 6, 2018. Lorraine was born March 10, 1930, in Williamstown, Vermont. She married Vincent Bertomeu in 1954, and moved to Valrico, Florida in 1959, where they established their family owned business. Lorraine was the bookkeeper for their business for 52 years. Lorraine is preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Bertomeu. She is survived by her children, Elaine Swonger, Christine Bryan and her husband Tim, Vincent Bertomeu, Kenneth Bertomeu, Joseph Bertomeu and his wife Cindy; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A celebration of Lorraine’s life will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
