WHITEHURST, Marie Stephens, 58, of Apollo Beach, Fla., beloved wife and mother, went to be with our Lord on August 9, 2013. Marie worked in production as a Quality Control Inspector for Honeywell (Group Technologies) in Tampa. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Winton Ray Whitehurst; son, Anthony Lee Whitehurst wife, Frances and their expected bundle of joy, Jaxon Anthony Whitehurst due on August 26th; and extended loving family. She loved traveling, nature, cook-outs, experiencing new things, and most of all spending time with family. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 in Marie's memory.
